London Broil

1-1.5 POUND ROAST; SERVES 1-3

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Season roast with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil on medium-high until almost smoking.
  4. Sear roast 1 minute per side.
  5. Place in a roasting pan and roast in the oven an additional 12-18 minutes for medium-rare or to desired internal temperature.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
