1-1.5 POUND ROAST; SERVES 1-3
Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Season roast with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil on medium-high until almost smoking.
- Sear roast 1 minute per side.
- Place in a roasting pan and roast in the oven an additional 12-18 minutes for medium-rare or to desired internal temperature.
