Tenderloin Tips Kit

2 16 OUNCE RIBS; SERVES 4-6

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blot thawed tenderloin tips on paper towels.
  2. In a sauté pan, at 1 tablespoon olive oil. When hot, add the tips and sauté for 3 minutes until seared. Remove tips from pan.
  3. Using same pan, add ½ amount of sauce, add all vegetables and simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Add rice and mix with vegetables and sauce, sauté 2 minutes.
  5. Add meat, remainder of sauce and sauté 2 minutes more or until hot.
  6. Serve immediately.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 10-15 minutes before cooking.

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

**Be careful handling and opening container.  Steamwill be released and contents will be extremely hot.
