Skirt Steaks

8-9 OUNCE STEAK

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

SAUTÉ

  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil on medium-high until almost smoking.
  2. Reduce heat to medium. Sauté steak 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare or to desired doneness. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.

GRILL

  1. Heat grill to medium-high.
  2. Reduce heat to medium. Grill steak 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare or to desired doneness. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
