Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.
In sauté pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. When hot, add the skewers and sauté, turning for 5-8 minutes until seared.
Heat grill to medium high, place skewers on indirect heat, turning them occasionally. Grill for 5-8 minutes per skewer.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 10-15 minutes before cooking.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
