Korean Beef Ribs

4-6 RIBS; SERVES 1

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

SAUTÉ

  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil on medium-high until almost smoking.
  2. Sear ribs 2 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.

 

GRILL

  1. Heat grill to medium-high.
  2. Sear ribs 2 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
