Beef Wellington Filets

11-12 OUNCE FILET

DO NOT THAW MEAT

 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place FROZEN pastry-wrapped roast in a roasting pan (do not thaw prior to cooking).
  3. Bake filets 30-40 minutes for medium-rare to medium. Bake filets to a minimum internal temperature of 130° to 140°F.

 

FOR BEST RESULTS

Do not thaw meat.

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
