Beef Back Ribs

1 SLAB; SERVES 2

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

FOR BEST RESULTS

  1. Before cooking, take ribs out and bring to room temperature.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and roast for 1 hour.
  4. Take ribs out and cover with foil for 10 minutes before serving.
