Pre-cooked Prime Rib Roast

4.5 POUND ROAST; SERVES 8

VERY IMPORTANT: Roast needs to be completely *thawed before cooking. This can take 3 days in your refrigerator.

 

  1. Remove roast from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Place roast in oven on roasting pan and roast for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  4. Take out, slice and serve.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.

Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
