Thaw* product in the refrigerator.
- Thaw the mousse and pâté in their containers on a dish in the refrigerator.
- Gently loosen contents from the sides of the containers with a knife, then turn upside down over a plate, allowing the mousse and pâté to slide out of their containers while maintaining their shapes.
Serve with crackers, mini toasts, fresh bread, cornichons, olives and mustards.
