Bacon Wrapped Quail Appetizers

36 APPETIZERS; SERVES 12

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

BAKE

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place quail appetizers on foil lined baking sheet with sides.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Cover chicken with sauce and capers.

 

SAUTÉ

  1. In large skillet, on medium heat, cook quail approximately 15 minutes, turning as needed.

 

GRILL

  1. Place on medium - high heat for 4 - 5 minutes on first side and 2-3 minutes on second side.
