Ways to Order
Enter your desired quantity for each item, then click the 'ADD TO CART' button at the bottom of the list to add those items to your cart.
If you are not ready to checkout yet, continue shopping by using the menu choices.
When ready to check out, click on the 'Cart' link in the upper right hand corner. Click "Checkout".
If you have a PROMO CODE you can now enter it to the right, click APPLY.
Click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
If you are not logged in you will be asked to do so. If you prefer, you may checkout as a guest. We recommend that you create an account, this will help you checkout faster in the future, allow you to create a wish list and also manage a saved address book.
Confirm your billing information is correct, and click CONTINUE.
Select a Delivery Date and click CONTINUE.
Enter your PAYMENT Information (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Allen Brothers Gift Card) and click CONTINUE.
Review your order and click PLACE ORDER. Done!
Your order will now be processed and shipped to deliver on the day you specified. Please make sure you or your gift recipient is able to receive the package on that day.
When placing gift orders online, please place a separate order for each recipient.

Please fax your order to 1-800-890-9146 using this Order Form. Print or type all information. Fax or mail service recommended when ordering for five or more names.
We welcome American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. You may also pay by check or money order, please follow the fax instructions and mail your printed order form along with your payment. (First time customers, please allow 2 weeks for processing of mail orders with checks.)
