Wagyu Meatloaf



1. Thaw packaged meatloaf on a dish in the refrigerator.
2. Bring 20 cups of water to a boil in a large stock pot. Place packaged meatloaf in boiling water and simmer uncovered 65 minutes.
3. Remove bag, and open carefully with scissors.
4. Place meatloaf on a platter and cover it with sauce. Slice and serve.

Serves 4 to 6.

This meatloaf can also be served a few slices at a time. Simply thaw completely in the refrigerator, open the bag and slice the desired servings. Then microwave 30 to 60 seconds per slice.

Use smooth-edge plastic or wood utensils, for sharp objects and metal tongs may puncture bags. Be careful handling and opening bags. Steam will be released and contents will be extremely hot.
