Black tie or blue jeans — our filet mignon goes from gala to your family table with style and taste. We start by slowly wet aging the finest tenderloin cuts of USDA Prime and USDA Choice available. We then take the extra Allen Brothers step of hand selecting every cut according to its marbling, texture, and color. Next, we hand carve our filets — from the center of the tenderloin for remarkable flavor and juiciness.
