Wagyu Steak Burgers
Both gourmet restaurants and the USDA recommend the same temperature for medium to well-cooked steak burgers and ground beef, 160° F.
Use a meat thermometer and check temperature in the center of the meat. Because meat continues to cook after it is removed from heat, remove 5° F before desired internal temperature.
