Wagyu Meatloaf

  1. Thaw completely in refrigerator in a pan to avoid spills.
  2. Bring a pot of water to boil in large pot.
  3. Place the meatloaf in the plastic bag into the boiling water and bring to a simmer uncovered for 1 hour 5 minutes.
  4. Carefully cut open bag with scissors.
  5. Place meatloaf on platter and pour sauce over.
  6. Slice and serve.
  7. This meatloaf can also be served a few slices at a time.

    1. Thaw completely in fridge.
    2. Open bag and slice off desired serving.
    3. Microwave these slices 30-60 seconds/slice depending on microwave.
