Wagyu Corned Beef Hash

  1. Thaw in package on dish in refrigerator.
  2. Heat heavy skillet with 2 TBS. butter or oil to hot but not smoking.
  3. Sauté hash in skillet, letting the bottom get crisp.
  4. Using spoon, make indent in hash and crack eggs into indents.
  5. Cover and reduce to medium low heat.
  6. Let Eggs cook to desired doneness.
  7. Scoop out with spatula onto plates.
    1. Serves 2-3 people
