Wagyu Bulk Ground Beef
Add Allen Brothers delicious wagyu ground beef flavor to pasta sauces, meatloaf, and casseroles.
Both gourmet restaurants and the USDA recommend the same temperature for medium to well-cooked wagyu steak burgers and ground beef, 160° F.
Use a meat thermometer and check temperature in the center of the meat. Because meat continues to cook after it is removed from heat, remove 5° F before desired internal temperature.
