Our Pot Pie Sampler
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Remove clear plastic cover from pie and place frozen pie in the container into the preheated oven on a baking sheet.
3. Heat for approximately 45 to 65 minutes (see recommendations below). Use a meat thermometer to measure the internal temperature, and remove the pie from the oven when the temperature reaches 155° F.
4. Allow the pie to rest 5 to 7 minutes before enjoying.
One 1-pound pie serves 1 to 2.
Baking Recommendations:
Seafood Chowder Pot Pie: 55-65 minutes
Beef Tenderloin Pot Pie: 55-65 minutes
Chicken Pot Pie: 50-60 minutes
Pork Pot Pie: 45-55 minutes
To help the crust brown, brush beaten egg yolks or cream on top of the crust before baking. Avoid edges to prevent burning.
