  1. Thaw packaged pork on dish in refrigerator.
  2. Bring pot of water to a boil.
  3. Place packaged pork in pot and reduce to a simmer. Cook 15 minutes.
  4. Remove bag, open carefully with scissors and serve.
One 1 pound bag serves 2-4.
