Stuffed Cornish Game Hen

Place portions in baking pan, brush with melted butter or margarine, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in 350° F oven for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. Directions given are from frozen state in conventional oven. For convection oven reduce time proportionately.

Chicken Cordon Bleu

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
From Frozen, remove the packaging, preheat oven to 350° F. Bake for 40 minutes. From thawed, reduce above time by 5 minutes. After cooking let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

MICROWAVE OVEN:
From Frozen, remove the packaging, DEFROST per oven manufacturer's instructions. Cook on HIGH in microwaveable dish with rotation for approximately 3-3½ minutes. From thawed, reduce cooking time by 1 minute. After cooking let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Chicken Rustica

Remove from package. Bake frozen in lightly greased shallow pan in 350° F preheated oven until chicken around filling is done. As ovens vary, adjust time and/or temperature as necessary. Conventional Oven 40 minutes, Convection oven 35 minutes.
