Leg of Lamb
1. Thaw packaged Leg of Lamb on a dish in the refrigerator.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
3. Season lamb with salt and pepper or your favorite herb.
4. Roast 1½ to 2 hours to an internal temperature of 135°F for medium-rare or to desired internal temperature.
5. Cover loosely with foil and keep warm 15 minutes.
6. Cut off netting with scissors, slice, and serve.
One 7 to 9-pound roast serves 10 to 12.
