The French call it Vichyssoise, but by any name this leek and potato soup would taste as comforting and delicious. Ours is made with rich chicken stock, loads of leeks, potatoes and garlic. Stewed slowly then pureed with a touch of thyme and a hint of cream. Magnifique!
