Gourmet Sausages
1. Thaw packaged sausages on a dish in the refrigerator.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Remove sausages from packaging. Heat in boiling water or brown in a skillet 3 to 5 minutes. Or, slice and saute with pasta, vegetables, jambalaya, or scrambled eggs.
