Filet Mignon, USDA Prime complete trim - trimmed of all exterior fat, yet marbled enough to deliver full flavor. Each magnificent filet is slowly wet-aged for a buttery tenderness and delectable flavor. Some variation in thickness may occur. Serves 4.
