Braised Duck Legs in Tart Cherry Sauce

Product can be cooked frozen or after thawing.

Thaw product in the vacuum sealed bag on plate in the refrigerator.

Boiling

Place thawed product in a pot of boiling water in the bag. Cook in the boiling water for 12-15 minutes (18-20 minutes if frozen), remove from bag and serve.

Steaming

Place thawed product in a steamer in the bag. Cook in the steamer for 12-15 minutes (18-20 minutes if frozen), remove from bag and serve.
