1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
2. Place frozen pastry-wrapped breasts on a baking dish.
3. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, to a minimum internal temperature of 165° to 170° F.
4. Let breasts rest for 5 minutes before serving.

The USDA recommends cooking to a minimum internal temperature of 180° F. Use a meat thermometer and check temperature in the center of the meat.
