Chicken Rustica
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Place frozen breasts in a lightly greased shallow pan.
3. Bake until chicken around the filling is done, about 40 minutes in a conventional oven and 35 minutes in a convection, cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F.
The USDA recommends cooking to a minimum internal temperature of 180° F. Use a meat thermometer and check temperature in the center of the meat.
