Easy as pie: The Pot Pie Sampler

What’s the ultimate comfort food? Mashed potatoes… meatloaf… lasagna…? All good guesses, but in my humble opinion, pot pie has them all beat. Think about it: A great pot pie has that warm, melt-in-your-mouth filling of tender braised meat or seafood and slow-cooked vegetables, all nestled in a buttery, flaky crust. Just what you need to soothe your spirits after a challenging day, or to get you back in action after a busy weekend of shopping and socializing.
