For almost four centuries, Berkshire (Kurobuta) pork has been famous for its darker color, delicately sweet flavor, and rich marbling. Aged to perfection by Allen Brothers, these bone-in chops are thick, juicy, and incredibly tender, whether you grill, broil, or bake. While we make every attempt to meet the thicknesses listed, these figures are only averages.
