Our Truffle Mousse is a creamy blend of chicken liver, truffles and sherry wine. Country Pâté Black Pepper is a slightly spicy country-style, semi-coarse pork pâté, with just a hint of red wine. Duck Mousse with Port is a rich, silky smooth blend of duck foie gras, duck liver and duck fat marinated in port wine, then perfectly seasoned and cooked.
