Colossal Black Tiger Shrimp

2 pounds Allen Brothers Colossal Black Tiger Shrimp, thawed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 lemons, halved
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon gingerroot, peeled and grated

1. Rinse shrimp and pat dry.
2. Saute on medium-high heat with olive oil, red pepper flakes, lemon, garlic, and gingerroot until shrimp curls and turns opaque.
3. Serve hot as an entree or cool and shelled for other dishes.

Two pounds of shrimp serve 4 to 6.
