Alaskan King Crab Legs
1. Thaw packaged crab legs on a dish in the refrigerator.
Steam:
2. Place crab legs in a steamer basket or large pot.
3. Fill pot with an inch of water and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and steam covered about 5 minutes.
Broil:
2. Place split crab leg on a broiler pan, shell-side down.
3. Lightly brush with butter or favorite sauce.
4. Place pan about 4 inches from heat and broil 3 to 4 minutes, brushing occasionally with butter or sauce.
One 2-pound box of 10-14 crab legs serves 2 to 4.
When including in a soup or stew, add during the last 5 minutes of cooking. This product is precooked. Please be careful not to overcook.
