Honey-Glazed Turkey Breast
1. Thaw packaged breast on a dish in the refrigerator.
2. Preheat oven to 300° F.
3. Remove turkey from packaging and place on a rack in a roasting pan.
4. Cover loosely with foil and heat 15 minutes to an internal temperature of 120° F. The turkey is fully cooked, so be careful not to overheat as this can result in dryness. The meat will appear pink (like smoked ham).
5. Serve at room temperature as hors d'oeuvres, on a buffet, or in sandwiches.
One 6 to 8-pound breast serves 10 to 14.
