Lollipop Lamb Chops
1. Thaw packaged chops on a dish in the refrigerator.
Saute
2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil on medium-high until almost smoking. Saute chops 1 to 2 minutes per side.
Grill
2. Lightly brush chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill on medium high for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
A general recommendation for serving appetizers and hors d'oeuvres is to allow 3 to 5 per person.
One tray of 12 chops serves 5 to 7.
These Australian single-bone lollipop-style lamb chops are incredibly tender. Two bites make them the perfect appetizers. Great quickly sauteed or grilled. Two trays of 12. Serves 10-15.
